X-Com upgraded infrastructure of corporate printing of Atomgaz

On August 10, 2018 it became known that the H-Com company completed the project of upgrade of the park of a copy printing equipment of the Atomgaz construction trading company. During the project IT infrastructure of the customer switched on multi-function printers (MFPs) of Kyocera that allowed to increase the speed of document flow of the company.

During inspection of IT infrastructure and workflows of the customer bottlenecks in the organization of paper document flow of the company were revealed and a number of practical offers on their elimination is developed. In particular, it was recommended to customer to replace the obsolete and not meeting the modern requirements printing equipment with modern Kyocera M2014dn and M2135dn MFPs. Within the project supply of equipment and its integration into the customer's infrastructure is implemented.

The choice of the contractor of the project was made on the basis of the analysis of commercial offers of the Russian suppliers of hardware-software solutions, peripheral equipment and services. Preference was given to the company X-Com which offered the best delivery conditions of the equipment and execution of works. The project is executed in full accordance with contractual terms concerning delivery dates of the equipment and amount of completed work.
