Au-SA Karz (Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts)

In the Au-SA Karz company which is the official dealer of SAAB in Russia the project of automation of accounting functions is complete. Works were performed at the beginning of 2007 by specialists of 1C-Rarus company. The product "formed the Alpha Car for an information system base: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts. Edition 4.0".

The specified solution is a standard configuration of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for car dealers. The product includes functional units for process automation of supply, management of a warehouse and trading floor, sale, car repairs, pricing, accounting of settlings with bank and cash transactions, the organization of settlement and also generation of the reporting.

A system supports such schemes of trade as: wholesale (goods are considered at purchase prices), retail (goods are considered or at purchase prices, or at the selling prices), commission (the trade assuming sale by commission agents of the goods transferred to them for implementation by the third parties - committents, according to commission agreements), rendering of services (service in autoworks with the flexible scheme of pricing).
