2023: Implementation of "1C: Document Flow"

Specialists Axioma-Soft have completed the transfer of the company's internal document flow Avito to the domestic ECM system. Solution "" with 1C: Document Flow integrated system "" and 1C: Salary and Human Resources corporate portal. More than 6,000 employees gained operational access to the company's internal services, increased speed and convenience of work. Operational collaboration of employees is organized. The approval of internal documents accelerated 1.5 times. This was announced on November 30, 2023 by the company. 1C

To automate internal document management in Avito, the corporate portal was previously used. With the growth of the company, the service ceased to provide sufficient efficiency in the formation and coordination of documents.

To implement the project, the Agile software development methodology was chosen, which implies a flexible approach to the development of the enterprise information system. To organize the effective work of the project team, technologies and services were used that made it possible to implement the project in a short time.

For example, the list of requirements for the developed project system was carried out using a specialized project management solution, which ensured the relevance of the list of tasks and control over the solution of problems that arise during product development. The documentation was developed during the project using a wiki system, which made it possible to create a single internal knowledge base. Integration between the corporate portal and 1C: Enterprise is implemented using a set of special tools to describe the API. Other tools were used to organize teamwork.

Created a three-link system Corporate portal - "1C: Document Flow" - "1C: Payroll and HR Management." The user interface - everything that company employees interact with - is implemented on the corporate portal. To create, store and change documents and personnel data, the functionality of the 1C: Document Management and 1C: Payroll and HR Management solutions is used. Employees can create and coordinate documents both from 1C: Document Flow, and on the corporate portal and in the corporate messenger. The availability and convenience of working with internal services for the company's employees has been increased, since almost everyone got convenient access to the capabilities of the information system.

The coordination of internal documents has accelerated. For example, for employees, including internal part-time employees, a simplified procedure for coordinating vacation applications has been implemented. When creating a request, the system generates an electronic approval sheet that reflects the results of the consideration of the request and is transmitted to the human resources department. Documents are subject to a simple electronic signature (PED). Managers and their assistants can submit employees' applications for approval not piece by piece, but in a package. As a result, the approval of documents accelerated 2.5 times: it now takes no more than two days to process the application and issue the order, earlier it took five.

The implementation of 1C: Document Flow system has increased the level and quality of automation of work with internal documents. The adoption of personnel decisions has accelerated. One of the important requirements of the project has been achieved - the availability and efficiency of using internal services for company employees has been increased. Another important result is to reduce the cost of ownership of the system and create opportunities for its further development. The plans provide for the expansion of the list of internal documents, the work with which will be automated,
