2018: System implementation "1C: Holding Management"
On June 25, 2018 the 1C-Rarus company announced end of system implementation of centralized operation of NSI based on "1C: Holding Management" in PJSC AvtoVAZ. 800 jobs are automated.
Implementation premises
It is impossible to ensure harmonious and smooth functioning about 40 thousand employees without permanent interaction with thousands of partners - dealers, suppliers, contractors, banks, etc. Therefore for the divisions working with partners it is extremely important to have up-to-date and reliable information about the signed agreements and their conditions.
Besides, for effective management of the enterprise it is necessary to have operational summary information about current situation, including about financial and economic indicators.
Historically, more than 200 separate information systems from which only a part was integrated among themselves were developed for automation of different aspects of the company. Such situation resulted in need to duplicate the entered data, mismatch between systems, labor inputs of collecting of the consolidated reporting data.
Project Objectives
The enterprise was faced the need to synchronize handbook data in the used information systems, to provide their reliability and operational updating.
For the solution of assigned tasks the management selected the solution "1C: Holding Management". The Samara branch "1C-Rarus" became the partner in implementation.
Project Results
Up-to-date data including details, bank accounts and a contact information of partners, parameters of current agreements, budget qualifiers are consolidated in a system. Instruments of fast synchronization provide existence of up-to-date and matched data in 20 connected information systems that increased efficiency of interaction of divisions.
Records about partners and more than 60 thousand contractual documents are conducted on a centralized basis, rules of filling of documents are unified, the problem of plurality of entry points of information is fixed.
Earlier separate and raznoformatny data on the existing agreements are normalized. All new agreements are registered in a single system by the unified rules. The system of accounting of values of details of agreements is developed, at the conclusion of supplementary agreements and protocols information on agreements changes automatically. It considerably increased quality of the normative reference information.
Regulations of work with information are standardized, areas of responsibility of employees for quality of the entered data are accurately differentiated. Data became more relevant and more precisely, and management is provided with fresh and necessary information at any time. Besides, costs for support of information systems are reduced.
