Automation of accounting and distribution of tax deductions in Ayzenmann LLC

The Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company developed functionality on accounting of distribution of tax deductions and salary accruals on projects in AYZENMANN LLC, the company contractor reported on December 26, 2012. The technological solution in the project - "1C: Integrated Automation 8".

Project

In a work progress:

• The technical specifications on development of the "Distribution of Taxes on FOT by Projects" block are approved.
• The mechanism distribution of the added amounts of FOT by projects of software "1 is developed: Complex automation 8"
• In "1C: Integrated Automation 8" the tool of the analysis which gives the chance to see information on the amounts of distribution of assignments by employees in projects of the organization is developed.

Result

• Reduction of time expenditure of personnel of accounting on formation of cost data regarding tax deductions by the employees participating on projects.
• Time for collecting, the analysis and report generation was reduced in two that allowed company management to obtain in a foreground mode the detailed cost data on FOT by each project of the organization.
