B2B-Senter will provide to clients service of electronic document management based on "Taxcom-Docklines"

The international center of electronic biddings B2B-Center announced in the spring of 2014 the beginning of providing new service for the clients – electronic document management.

At the first stage the product will be used for exchange of documents between the company and its clients. Participants of a system will be able to receive legally significant acts, accounts, invoices in electronic form and to sign them with the qualified electronic signature. It will not be required to duplicate them on paper as the Russian legislation recognizes legal force of the electronic documents signed with the qualified electronic signature.

"Afterwards we will expand functionality and we will give to our clients the chance to exchange electronic documents not only with us – B2B-Center company – but also among themselves. It will be demanded, in particular, when as a result of biddings the winner supplier is defined and it is necessary to send, approve and sign quickly from two parties the delivery agreement", – the director of the technical strategy of B2B-Senter Jennifer Trelevich explains.

As the platform for the organization of legally significant electronic document management the EDMS "Taxcom-Docklines" from Taxcom company – the chief Russian operator of electronic document management is selected.

"Use in work of electronic documents will allow to reduce time and to reduce costs for sending, processing and document storage and also will make interaction with B2B-Center more transparent and simple. All documents transmitted via the EDMS "Taxcom-Docklines" are legally significant and upon the demand of FTS can be provided in electronic form on telecommunication channels", – Ivan Ivanovich Palchikov, the Head of Department on work with corporate and key clients of Taxcom company says.

The companies will be able to process the received documents in a specialized electronic document management system of Taxcom-Fayler or in the 1C:Enterprise 8 system using standard service for electronic document management of 1C Taxcom. For connection to new service it is necessary to sign the usage agreement of electronic document management. Use of a new product for exchange of the closing documents with B2B-Center for clients is free at this stage.
