BELNITSED completed implementation of EDMS

On June 5, 2014 the "Electronic Office Systems (Software)" company announced project completion of implementation of EDMS "Electronic DELO" in the Belarusian research center of electronic documentation. Delivery and the project were executed by Electronic DELO company.

Project Tasks

The decision on system implementation of electronic document management in BELNITSED was made at the end of 2013. A system was required to be implemented on section of managerial document flow (registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents). Automation had to cover also documents on research and development (Research and Development) executed by employees of BELNITSED.

Project Results

Assigned tasks are solved:

• document registration in EDMS and mailing to their contractors in electronic form is organized.
• in a system five additional document groups are got
• process of registration of drafts of thematic plans of carrying out Research and Development together with subjects of the research works (RW) and reports according to the results of research accomplishment is organized.
• control of accomplishment of separate stages researches is provided,
• opportunity for project managers - to bring performance reports of the corresponding stage in a registration card is implemented.
