2020: Development and deployment of ASDUE

On March 5, 2020 "The first engineer" (enters into LANIT group) announced development and deployment an automated system of supervisory control by power supply for Boguchansky aluminum plant. The purpose of creation of ASDUE – in a complex to provide qualitative indexes by transfer, distribution and electricity consumption. Also a system will help to increase the level of operational and dispatching control and object management of power supply, to reduce costs for the electric power.

The supervisory control system power supply is designed to automate production of Boguchansky aluminum plant and to bring the solution of priority tasks of digitalization of technology processes of the enterprise to higher level.

System implementation will allow to provide the complex automated control and management of power supply in normal, preemergency, emergency and postemergency operation and also to keep control and account of the distributed and consumed electric power and power.

We cooperated with Boguchansky aluminum plant for the first time. As a result got good experience when implementing this project differing in tough terms and the equipment range, little known for us, intended for integration into the ASDUE deliverable system. System implementation will allow the manager to define in real time a cause of defect and to quickly undertake measures that will positively affect reduction of terms of possible equipment downtime and minimization of losses,
