2020: Automating the process of creating accounts for new employees
The project aimed to automate the process of creating accounts for new employees. Previously, the design took place manually, which took a lot of time and was accompanied by errors. Accounts were created in the Lotus Notes system, integration with which was initially absent in the Primo RPA platform.
The project team quickly finalized the Lotus Notes support platform and introduced the robot into workflows. Thanks to automation, it was possible to significantly reduce the time for registration of new employees, increase the accuracy of creating accounts and improve the overall quality of HR services within the bank.
