The Bazhenov Brothers Furniture Company has implemented a large-scale project to create a corporate university for its dealer network using LMS iSpring Learn. As of October 2025, employees of more than 140 salons in Russia and neighboring countries study in the system, and the average level of partner training reached 72%. ISpring Solutions announced this on October 15, 2025.

The brand "Furniture of the Bazhenov Brothers" actively develops a dealer network, providing partners with comprehensive support - from organizing business processes to training employees. In the past, it was conducted in person, materials were stored in different sources, and part of the information about the products was transmitted through support managers.

To centralize and scale the educational process, it was decided to implement an LMS system that will organize all educational materials, ensure the adaptation of employees of partner salons, and help control the level of training and its impact on sales results.

The team studied various online learning platforms presented on the Russian market and chose iSpring Learn. The advantages of the solution are an understandable and convenient interface, minimal settings for business tasks and the ability to launch training in a short time.

The iSpring Learn implementation process took place in several stages. First, training professionals identified a minimum set of courses and materials. Further, the system was tested by office employees of the company, and after that partners joined the training. The implementation of the platform and the launch of the first 40 courses took only three weeks.

The corporate university of the company unites employees of all dealerships "Furniture of the Bazhenov Brothers," providing distance learning and storage of current educational materials. Thanks to the use of iSpring Learn, the average level of partner training reached 72%, the adaptation of new workers is only 2-3 weeks, and the proportion of errors in working with orders and claims has decreased markedly.

The corporate university has more than 500 educational materials, and the average course rating from users is 4.9 out of 5. To create content, a combination of iSpring Learn and iSpring Suite solutions is used, which allows you to create interactive and diverse materials. Video lectures, longrides and electronic courses are developed with the participation of product managers, department heads and factory specialists. Materials are regularly updated with product line changes and partner requests.

To assess the knowledge of employees of dealerships, the company conducts certifications with the opportunity to participate in tenders with valuable prizes. This approach motivates the staff to take more attentive courses and directly affects the quality of customer service and business efficiency.

The company plans to increase the average level of training of partners to 80%, launch a basic course on management skills for administrators and owners of salons, and introduce training on flexible skills. In the future, the factory intends to open a design school within the framework of the corporate university with the involvement of experts, which will further strengthen the position of the brand among partners and ensure stable growth of the dealer network.
