The Bellakt company completed an implementation project of a management system for repairs

The company" Aytiem" began a project work of implementation of the information management system with maintenance and repairs of Volkovyssky joint stock company" Bellakt". A system is created on a software platform of TRIM.

Considerable efforts of the company" Bellakt" are directed to increase in efficiency of fixed assets. Within these efforts the company" Bellakt" invited consultants" Aytiem" for implementation of the information management system maintenance and repairs (MRO ISU).

The company" Aytiem" is included into group" Spectec". The company has extensive experience of consulting services in the field of improvement of processes of a MRO and implementation of information systems MRO at the enterprises of the different industries – in the food industry (Ltd company" Valio"), on transport (joint stock company" Rosterminalugol", joint stock company" Rosneftbunker"), in power (Northwest combined heat and power plant), mechanical engineering (joint stock company" TsTD Diaskan", closed joint stock company" PromTekhInvest") and others. This experience allowed the company" Aytiem" to offer" Bellakt" the complete solution, including not only the software, but also practices approved in practice in the field of measurement of process performance of a MRO, setting of modern practices of a MRO, implementation of information systems in technical services of the enterprise.

Specialists" Aytiem" booked audit of processes of a MRO at the enterprise, and on this basis developed the project documentation – specifications on implementation of ISU of a MRO, on creation of the database of a system, on infrastructure of future information system. As a software platform of the project EAM/MRO system of TRIM of development of Scientific Production Enterprise" Spectec" will be used.

According to the project documentation, Scientific Production Enterprise" Spectec" will deliver to Volkovyssky joint stock company" Bellakt" of 11 user licenses on the software of TRIM. Further, specialists" Aytiem" will perform works on filling of the database of a system (certification of the equipment), on configuring and software installation and databases, together with the customer will develop the system of indicators of processes of a MRO and analytical forms for their display and the analysis, will provide user training. Classes with personnel of the customer will be given on the basis of regulations of operation of ISU of a MRO which will provide distribution of users by functions, chains of accomplishment of actions of users for processes when implementing the front lines the practician of a MRO put in functionality of TRIM. Implementation of the converter for data exchange between ISU of a MRO and the system of product-based accounting of 1C will also become an important stage of the project.

On February 15 the Aytiem company announced commissioning of the MRO system on the TRIM platform.

Result

Specialists Aytiem with assistance of personnel of the Customer perform works on certification of the equipment and creation of the database of a system. At the moment the base contains descriptions of more than 4000 items of equipment, 5500 spare parts, 800 documents (graphics images, schemes, the managements, technical descriptions). The software of TRIM is configured and unrolled in MRO management system workplaces. Among users – personnel of all main divisions of the enterprise (canning workshop, whole-milk workshop, workshop of substitutes of whole milk). Jobs systems also in electroworkshop, motor transportation workshop, mechanical-repair workshops, a santekhuchastka, compressor, boiler, in service PILES are installed.

Specialists Aytiem create the analytical subsystem of ISU of a MRO consisting of set standard and the reports adapted for needs of the customer. User training on the basis of regulations of operation of ISU of a MRO is provided.

The MRO ISU functions are entered into the operation mode consistently, in process of mastering by their users. Now scheduling of a MRO, maintaining the magazine of defects, work with electronic archive of technical documentation, receiving forms of the reporting is involved. Specialists Aytiem perform maintenance of the working system, remotely advise users on the current questions. In the short term creation of mechanisms of converting of data from the adjacent systems, for example, of an equipment operating time is expected.
