Biokard Logistics (Biokard) (Axelot: TMS Control of transport and transportations)

In December, 2017 the Axelot company reported that it implemented Axelot: TMS Control of transport and transportations in Biokard Logistics (Biokard).

According to the company, during the project it was made:

• A TMS system is customized for accounting of shipping requests of loads, planning of routes and control of execution of runs
• Events by calculation of income for requests and expenses on runs are configured
• Rules of accomplishment and correction of runs are adjusted
• Information exchange with CIS based on "1C:ERP" by means of  the solution DATAREON ESB is configured
• 25 mobile jobs for drivers are automated
• Personnel training is provided and initial maintenance of a system is organized

In a project deliverable:

• The automated calculation of cost of transportation for clients is executed
• Calculation of delivery time on each shoulder of a route taking into account working schedules of intermediate points of delivery is conducted
• The expense accounting on each run is kept
• The enclosure of loads, temperature condition and return of thermal containers on a warehouse is controlled
• Drivers send status reports on the transported load and scans of transport documents through mobile application
• Accomplishment of run is monitored in real time
