Bolshoi Theatre develops a system on the 1C: Enterprise platform

In "the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre" the automated control system created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is implemented. Specialists of 1C-Rarus company (file) were engaged in project implementation. During the period from 2002 to 2009 based on the "Accounting for Budgetary Institutions" configuration accounting is automated. Implementation of this subsystem in general bookkeeping department of theater allowed to implement functions of currency accounting, commission trade, amount-based and exchange differences, accounting of settlement, accounting of Inventories. The data exchange mechanism with ticket sales system is developed. The special mechanism is developed for data loading about implementation of tickets from ticket sales system, including via the Internet. Required forms of the reporting are developed.

Besides, blocks of inventory and production control on the basis of the Production + Services + Accounting configuration are implemented that provided accurate accounting of costs, operational obtaining necessary information and gain of control over safety material and in cash.

On the basis of the 1C: Payroll and personnel configuration payroll calculation, taxes on wage fund, conducting personnel records is automated. More than 70 jobs are in total automated.

In further plans - automation of the divisions performing planning of productive activity in art and production workshops of theater for implementation of the plan-fact analysis of release of performances.
