On September 3, 2018 the ELMA company announced automation of service processes for the Boston Institute of Aesthetic Medicine (BIAM).

As it was reported, for development of customer service and optimization of activity of all company heads of BIEM made the decision to implement process management in clinic. In search of the management tool business processes the company stopped the choice on BPM- a system ELMA.

According to representatives of the company, works on automation in BIEM began with service business processes — HR, accounting and logistics. Implementation was conducted by the agile development method (agile), as the business analyst and the manager (product owner) the vice president of clinic Alyona Olkhovikova acted. It made the scheme of processes and collected a feedback from employees based on use.

Using a BPM system were automated:

  • the repeating tasks of HR service BIEM. Tracking of need for the personnel, the invitation to an interview of applicants, carrying out training, issue of a uniform and control of date of the expiration of a probation period — undergo now all these processes without excess negotiations and correspondences, do not require costs of a large number of time and resources and hold all participants of process "on one wave";
  • business processes on payment of accounts of different types for branches of clinic in Moscow and St. Petersburg;
  • data transfer processes from the doctor to the technician. Time is as a result saved and transmission accuracy is increased, communication of doctors and staff of BIEM with laboratory is built up.

For September, 2018 ELMA became a uniform corporate portal of clinic. 35 employees use mobile or desktop version of a system — to a lump as it is more convenient. Implementation of processes and development of a BPM system happens constantly. Additional consultations and project works are conducted far off, from office in Izhevsk.
