Budvar (1C: Integrated Automation 8)

Activity of Budvar restaurant based on software "1C: Integrated Automation 8" is automated.

One of the Czech beer brands, most known in the world, is Budweiser or Budvar. The plant to which it belongs is called Budeevitsky Budvar (Budějovický Budvar) and is located in the south of the Czech Republic, in the city Czech to Budeevitsa (Č eské Budějovice). The brewer is founded in 1895 and today exports beer to 50 countries of the world. The restaurant is located near the Taganskaya subway. An input from 5th Kotelnichesky Lane. The small cozy small restaurant in style of old Prague transferring the magic atmosphere of the ancient city.

Project Description

At Budvar restaurant the software solution "1C:Enterprise 8" is set; complex development where the software products "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", "1C: Trade Management 8" enter.

Program capabilities allow to perform practically all required transactions, including:

• sales management, stocks and purchases;
• customer relationship management (CRM);
• pricing;
• operational resource planning;
• cash management and settlement;
• the simplified production accounting;
• management of fixed assets and equipment;
• accounting and tax accounting, the regulated reporting;
• payroll calculation and personnel management;
• monitoring and efficiency analysis for heads.

The set allows to separate into five users rationally functionality between the employees occupied with different tasks. It is possible to call it "a set of small firm" – there is everything effectively to manage the small enterprise: transparent and clear accounting, accurate accounting of goods, personnel management. The automation which is carried out by BIT helps Budvar restaurant to resolve internal matters accurately and in time, and to give to guests heat and pleasant impressions.
