By September 2021, more than 30 semi-trailers intended for the Business Lines transport company will be equipped.

In 2020-2021, Business Lines purchased a pilot batch of aerodynamic skirts from Aerotrak. According to the results of operation, the freight carrier recorded a significant decrease in fuel consumption. Savings amounted to 100-150 thousand rubles a year in one car. Products paid off in less than 12 months. As a result, Business Lines decided to equip more than 30 semi-trailers of the German manufacturer Muesburger with skirts.

We signed a contract with the German trailer manufacturer, and now we install 'skirts' right at the factory, on new trailers. The plus for customers is that they immediately get a trailer with a 'skirt', and do not spend time and resources on its installation. This also excludes legal risks - the trailer is registered with the traffic police with a 'skirt', which according to the documents is part of it. In the USA, the developers of 'skirts' took more than 7 years to start working with manufacturers of equipment, but we managed to go this way in 1.5 years, Almaz Ayupov, CEO of Aerotrak.

The cost of the "skirt" is from $1290 to $1590. Fairings are made of composite material. Metal components - high quality stainless steel AISI 304. Additional attachments have a small mass and withstand difficult weather and road conditions. In addition, they are very easy to install on almost any trailer without drilling and cooking, and cost much cheaper than competitors.

The aerodynamic "skirt" is made of a strong composite material that does not break when passing road obstacles. It prevents air from penetrating under the semitrailer, reducing fuel consumption and emissions of harmful gases by an average of 3.2-4.2%.
