2017: Creation of automatic fire alarm system (AFAS) and automatic fire extinguishing, communication network

The management of the enterprise faced the primary task - to ensure a high level of fire safety of the GFCP in accordance with federal laws N 123-FZ dated 22.07.2008 "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements" and N 116-FZ dated 21.07.1997 "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities."

It was required to create an automatic fire alarm system (AFAS) and automatic fire extinguishing, communication network, including: warning and control systems for the evacuation of people in case of fire (ESCS), access control and control (MCDS), production and technological communication (SPTS), structured cable network ( SCS ), video surveillance, operational radio communication. The complex project was implemented in a short time, despite the deterrent, - the main period of work took place in winter.

The winner of the closed tender for the supply and implementation of solutions was the system integrator Abak2000, who has a rich long-term expertise in the field of automation of technologies and business processes. Solutions for building engineering systems had to comply with the requirements of federal laws, optimally suitable for the ratio of price and functionality. Abak2000 specialists proposed to the customer to build and subsequently design a fire alarm system, as well as an MCDS from a single manufacturer - Bolid. As part of the project, the following were used: Hikvision video surveillance solution, active network equipment, Cisco APC guaranteed power supply system (8 hours), NEUMANN EIC, radio communication. Motorola IT infrastructure built on. servers HPE
