In the boiler house "Bytovika" the ACS based on PTK KRUG-2000 is put into operation

On June 10, 2019 the Krug company announced implementation in commercial operation of the automated control system of the boiler house of the motor transportation enterprise "Bytovik" based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000).

ATP "Bytovik" is located in the settlement of Malakhovka of Lyuberetsky District of the Moscow region. The field of activity of the enterprise belongs to the category "Activity of Motor Cargo Transport and Service in Transportations".

The APCS of the boiler house is developed using standard technical solution of an APCS of boiler houses. It is intended for remote control of process parameters and signaling of violations of work of the boiler house. Provides reliability augmentation of operation of the equipment due to reduction of probability of wrong actions of personnel

The automated workplace of the manager functions under management SCADA KRUG-2000. The main mode of functioning of a system is the automated dialogue mode.

Collecting and preprocessing of input information signals for transfer on the top level and also issue of corrective actions are performed by the industrial DevLink-C1000 controller together with modules of input-output of DevLink-A10 series,

Implementation of an APCS of the boiler house is performed by NPF KRUG company together with TVEL LLC (Moscow). The KRUG company performs commissioning regarding an APCS, the TVEL company performs installation works.
