2021: Creating an online store

Perspective

For international brands, such as CCC, expanding the geography of presence is of particular importance. At the same time, users of different countries may differ in queries and search scenarios. There are also differences at the legislative level. Therefore, for the development of local markets in individual countries, it is important to find a contractor who not only has technical resources, but also expertise in E-commerce for a specific industry.

It was necessary to increase brand awareness and increase the share of online purchases in the Russian segment of the company using an online store.

For the convenience of users, there are several options for searching the directory. Also, on the product page, you can customize filters, in addition to traditional ones, such as color/size/price, specific ones are added - sole material/heel material/jewelry, etc. Each product card contains high-resolution photos, as well as a detailed description and the ability to choose the color of the model.

Personal account

In your personal account, the user can add products he likes to his favorites, as well as manage his orders: repeat previously made, cancel existing ones and track the status of the order.

PIM system

The company catalog contains hundreds of items. To manage product data more conveniently, an online store with the Akeneo PIM system is integrated, and custom upload from 1C customer is configured. Basic information about the product is uploaded from the PIM system to the site, and additional information is uploaded from 1C. Balances are unloaded from a separate accounting base.

Result

We completed the project from scratch and launched in August 2021. With the help of the site, the company's customers select goods and successfully place orders. Cooperation between Fact and the CCC brand continues.

An escort team is working on an ongoing basis with the project. And if technical difficulties arise, our specialists quickly fix problems. There are also plans to further develop the project - the customer already has ideas that require a professional team to implement.
