1C-Rarus created a system for registration of personnel and finance in TsERA GROUP company

December 3, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company announced project completion on implementation of two programs "to 1C: Contractor of construction 4.0. Management of finance" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in TsERA GROUP construction company. A system automated financial planning, accounting and tax accounting, optimized processes of personnel document flow and payroll. It reduced time and labor costs for preparation of reports and increased the accuracy and transparency of settlings with employees.

Increase efficiency of accounting services, provide operational obtaining information on the course of accomplishment of financial plans and experts of 1C-Rarus company helped to automate payroll.

In a system "1C: Contractor of construction 4.0. Management of finance" account of income and expenses on construction objects and auxiliary production of construction products is kept. Besides, in the program loading of motor transport, a consumption of fuel and lubricants and general business costs on machines and mechanisms is fixed. The possibility of budgeting, operational management of financial resources and cash flow is implemented.

For automation of personnel records and payroll the solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" was selected. The functionality of a system allowed to carry out all settlings with personnel in the automatic mode, to create different reports for any settlement period including in the state regulatory authorities. Especially for HR managers in the program tools on workforce recruiting, the adoption of changes of the personnel plan, vacation planning of workers and management of their competences and motivation are implemented.
