Sitronics KT upgraded training simulator equipment for Cheboksary tractor plant "Chetra"

2021: Software optimization for T20 bulldozer dynamic simulator

On October 1, 2021, Sitronics KT, a member of the Sitronics Group, announced that it had developed an updated version of dynamic simulator software to train operators at the plant's training plant.

Simulator of "Chetra" bulldozer T20 is made on the basis of real cabin of bulldozer and is intended for training of basics of equipment control, obtaining initial tactile and visual control skills. It was developed by Sitronics KT specialists as part of the concluded contract for the development and serial supply of simulators for the training center, where specialists of operating and servicing organizations are trained, training in the design, management, repair and maintenance of Chetra equipment.

The simulator is equipped with a dynamic platform for the greatest compliance with the conditions of real work. The cockpit is equipped with all levers, pedals and instruments, which are installed in the cockpit of the Chetra T20 bulldozer. Tremors and vibrations are also reproduced in the cockpit, and the audio system simulates the sounds of a working bulldozer. The effect of turning the machine is achieved by liquid crystal monitors installed in the cockpit instead of glasses.
