CIT successfully passed GOST R ISO 9001-2015 certification

2025: GOST R ISO 9001-2015 certification

On January 16, 2025, the company CIT was certified according to the standard. GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015) This was 1C announced on March 18, 2025.

The company International Certification Service LLC was chosen as the certification body.

Certificate of Conformity No. MSS-272.2025-SMK received.

The scope of the certificate is:

"Provision of comprehensive services for automation of control and accounting at the customer's enterprise, including consulting services, assistance in choosing a software product, its sale, personnel training, design, development, commissioning and maintenance of information systems based on software products of 1C and CIT LLC."

To develop and implement QMS, CIT LLC used the Standard Franchisee Quality System methodological complex developed by 1C based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

During the certification audit, the strengths of the quality management system (QMS) of CIT LLC were noted, including:

• leadership of the management of the Organization, its interest in the development and improvement of QMS, the policy of "open doors";
• high level of competence of personnel, developed competency matrices;
• Good elaboration of process performance criteria
• participation in career guidance activities, sponsored school, conducting excursions at the enterprise, guest lectures.

As a result of the implementation of the quality management system, CIT LLC received the construction of such a management system that provides conditions for constant improvement. It is based on a process approach and risk-based thinking that allows you to implement IT services that meet the requirements and expectations of consumers and ensure a stable financial situation of the company.
