As part of daily tasks, the company's employees actively used the cloud portal on "1C: Bitriks24" - they worked in project groups, recorded plans in a Task tracker, used a messenger, but this was not enough for effective communication. We needed tools for operational internal interaction and the ability to flexibly configure the system for the needs of the organization. Since the cloud version cannot be customized, the company decided to install the system on its own servers. KORUS Consulting Group of Companies was chosen as the project implementation partner.

An important task of the project was to save all data and developments from the cloud system. Experts made a seamless transition to the box version of "1C: Bitrix24" and transferred the information without loss.

To expand the functionality of the portal, KORUS Consulting specialists have implemented their own K-Team solution. Employees now have access to modules that are not available in the standard version of Bitrix24. The main page is implemented as an intuitive guide to the entire intranet. The portal helps to solve work problems faster, talks about events in the company, reminds of the birthdays of colleagues and informs about new employees. The news module is designed in the design format, so a page with news is created in several clicks: you need to select, fill and arrange blocks with text, pictures or videos in the desired order. To involve employees in the corporate life of the company, it is possible to leave reactions to the news, create communities and share knowledge.

This version of the intranet laid the foundation for the development of the digital profile of an employee, which in a single window displays all the information: position, manager, status of applications, the rest of the vacation days, completed training, thanks from colleagues and much more. The updated portal removed the routine load from HR specialists and became a single point of entry into corporate services and tools for work, allows you to quickly form a payroll, see the rest of the vacation or arrange a business trip.

The company plans to develop the functionality of the portal - to implement gamification and expand the possibilities of providing corporate services and services.
