CUBE, closed joint stock company (Electronic archive ETLA)

The Moscow company "KUB" working at the market of telecommunications and means of communication independently organized electronic archive of documents.

Formation of the electronic register of client agreements of service and structuring internal and accounting documentation was the purpose of the organization of electronic archive.

For optimization of a company performance the management made the decision to automate process of storage and access to all documents of the company using creation of the adapted electronic archive. After the analysis of offers in the market of the similar systems, the system of electronic archive Etla which completely approached under accomplishment of assigned tasks was selected.

Existence of the module of automatic text recognition which is based on the free software Tesseract from Google company was undoubted advantage of the Etla system. Existence of this module allows to save the most part of financial resources at large-scale scanning and text recognition. Besides, its high performance, simplicity and flexibility of setup became an important selection term of a system. The staff of KUB company by own efforts perfectly coped with structure formation of archive, created and filled out all necessary reference books, created user groups and set access rights to these groups to different segments of archive.

At the moment there is an active work on scanning, recognition and an institution to the system of documents which collected for many years of work.

Transition to electronic archive allowed company management to increase in general reliability and efficiency of activity of the company due to receiving quick access to any information of the company.
