Cablex implemented means of scheduling and planning

On April 14, 2015 ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd announced implementation in the Swiss company Cablex of set of solutions of scheduling and planning.

Project Tasks

Task allocation to employees of the company always happened without use of the automated solutions. In the company there was no standardization of the professional applications used in work of mobile teams and representative offices of Cablex used incompatible software products in the activity, possibilities of operational information exchange about the status of the performed works were deprived.

Project Progress

Three components entered a packet of project delivery:

• the module ClickSchedule gives the chance to heads of crews to distribute tasks among employees in any point of the country and to keep track of the status of accomplishment of instructions

• the module ClickLocate shows location of each employee for the most optimum geographical distribution of the arriving tasks.

• ClickMobile is mobile application, helps the specialist working at a call to obtain all necessary information for accomplishment of an assigned task and the reporting on its mobile device.

Project Results

The effect of implementing solutions was shown quickly. Within the first month after implementation of a solution package, employees of Cablex executed 58 thousand requests that is 52% more than indicators of a preceding period.
