On August 26, 2015 Orange Business Services announced upgrade of a system of telephony in KONAR company and implementing solution on the platform of unified communications.
Project Tasks
The growing business needs of KONAR demanded transition to the modern platform of telephony as the outdated automatic telephone exchange did not give opportunities for increase in efficiency of joint work of employees, and use of city and long-distance lines for internal calls caused additional costs on communication.

Project Progress
Within the project, for the first time in Russia, the platform of unified communications Cisco Business Edition 7000 is set. The created solution provided modern communication services at all offices KOHAP. Integration of telephone infrastructure with the existing IT systems of the company is executed, including the Active Directory directory and a messenger service of Microsoft Exchange — employees of the customer got the simplified access to internal reference books and unified communication environment of holding.
For convenience of business users specialists of the contractor configured a unified plan of short numbering in all company and ensured trouble-free operation of a telephone network within holding. The core of network created at the first stage of the project provides services to 500 subscribers with a possibility of expansion till 2000 without considerable investments. Already today the new systems help to increase employee performance of the customer where they were due to application of the most modern communication framework. The staff of KONAR was provided with convenient services for joint work, an opportunity to use video calls, audio conferences.
Project Results
