On "Confectionery of Krupskaya" the Member of a labor party HRM system is on a leasehold basis unrolled. The project is implemented by Trics company. The project is executed less than in one week as the necessary functionality was already implemented in the basic version of a system. A HRM system supports maintaining a great number of legal entities, allows to use uniform business procedures for the different enterprises, contains the system of differentiation of access rights to data and business processes.
The decision on automation was made on October 8, 2009, and already next day in the company necessary components of a system were installed. A transfer of employees was made by users of a system in three days.
Due to the change at factory of some business processes in the next two months a part of functionality of a HRM system will be operated on a leasehold basis.
