The MOG Consult company completes the project of automation of Stolitsa Non-profit partnership. The product of implementation is 1C: Integrated Automation 8
At the Beginning
Earlier activity of partnership was automated using the separate accounting systems and spreadsheets. It led to duplication of data, errors, impossibility of receiving operational management information. With respect thereto the management of NP initiated the project of creation of a single system of accounting and management.
Project Tasks
The task was set for implementers: automate key business processes of NP Stolitsa of SROS and provide a possibility of receiving operational, reliable data about each of members of partnership.
Engineers of MOG Consult carried out the analysis of the main business processes of NP Stolitsa of SROS. As a result the main problems which should be solved in implementation process of the project came to light:
- cost reduction on personnel of the Partnership responsible for accounting in the company due to decrease in the requirement to their qualification;
- decrease in quantity of the mistakes made by personnel during the work with the arriving information;
- organization of accounting of employees of partners, actionees of construction works, including accounting of terms of their retraining;
- need of accounting of the statuses of partners (the alternate member, the member of partnership, membership suspension etc.) on any timepoint;
- need of accounting of the current regulating documents on works and work types according to orders of the Ministry of Regional Development;
- need of operational accounting of the provided admissions to works, including admission types to works (the main objects and especially dangerous, technically difficult and unique objects) on each partner;
- need of accounting of insurance of partners;
- need of accounting of amounts of completed work for any period;
- need of accounting of target financing (including accounting of the estimate and control of receipt of contributions of partners, both periodic, and non-periodic);
- need of accounting of completeness of the documents provided by partners (both electronic, and paper), both on the partner, and on his employees;
- need of contact management with all members by electronic and the SMS - messages;
- need of automatic formation of the reporting in Rostekhnadzor (including in a format of the configured Microsoft Word templates);
- need of differentiation of user rights for work with this or that information.
Also need of maintaining for uniform base of both managerial, and regulated accounting was mentioned.
Implementation Results
The corporate information system constructed based on the solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8" covered all main business processes of the company. A system allowed to accumulate data on work of divisions, provided a possibility of the comprehensive analysis of activity of the company. Receivables of partners due to operating control of their obligatory payments are as a result reduced, errors and inaccuracies in data on partners are liquidated, the quality of the reporting provided in Rostekhnadzor is increased.
Managers and the management had an opportunity to make operational decisions.
The project automates the main divisions of the company:
- Administration;
- Expert department;
- Control committee;
- Disciplinary committee;
- Governing bodies of partnership;
- Accounting.
20 jobs are automated.
