"Capital" automates the operational and regulated reporting

On November 28, 2013 the 1C-Rarus company announced completion of automation of accounting and tax accounting in KAPITEL civil engineering firm using "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Task

The KAPITEL company interacts with capital justices and prefectures. Such cooperation requires observance of contractual commitments. With respect thereto the company needed a product which will help to automate settlings with partners, accounting of production processes, registration of economic transactions and formation of postings on them, control of money and intangible assets.

Company management, having studied all solutions presented at the market gave preference of "1C: Accounting 8".

For project implementation invited employees 1C-Rarus who executed installation of a system, made setup according to individual wishes of the customer.

Project Progress

"The report on cash flow" is optimized:

• added the register of accumulation,
• details in the documents "Write-off from the Checking Account",
• "Revenues to the checking account".

Besides, performed tuning of the most labor-consuming accounting transaction – closing of month.

Project Results

Implementation "1C: Accounting 8" solves the tasks facing accounting service of KAPITEL company. Now the program is engaged in assessment of correctness of filling of the reporting and its compliance to the legislation.
