The first BIT implemented the 1C: Document Flow system in Capital Partners company

Within the project specialists of the First BIT of an aavtomatizirovala 51 workplaces, connected to a new system four departments – office-works, financial, accounting and legal.

The new workflow system allowed to make process of approval of the entering, outgoing and internal documents electronic, to exclude losses of documents and to release working time of employees which was spent on their movements with documents between departments of representation earlier.

Time and labor costs of personnel was several times reduced by preparation of the project documentation for transfer to the client. Earlier after approval of project documents it was necessary to save them on a local disk, to manually create the spreadsheet containing the document list and references to files in which these documents are written. In a new system this work is completely automated.

The company could refuse services of the organization which supported the old workflow system and to provide maintenance of a new system with own forces. It led to reduction of costs of CapitalPartners in an IT segment for 9%.

"A new system allowed our company to simplify considerably preparation and to accelerate transfer of the project documentation to clients. In combination with reduction of terms of approval of documents it allowed us to reduce the general time of project implementation that increases our attractiveness for clients. Besides, we are happy with cost reduction on IT", – the manager of projects of automation of CapitalPartners Andrey Lapshinov says.
