Diasoft provided the detailed accounting of an insurance and investment portfolio the Capital of Life

On March 19, 2019 Diasoft reported that the company on life insurance of CAPITAL of LIFE (Capital Life Strakhovaniye Zhizni LLC) uses the solution Diasoft Insurance Finance.

Implementing solution was caused by increase in number of financial transactions owing to transition of CAPITAL of LIFE to the Unified plan of accounts of accounting, modern standards of accounting and reporting according to requirements of the Bank of Russia.

As a result of implementation of Diasoft Insurance Finance the detailed accounting of an insurance and investment portfolio of CAPITAL of LIFE and also accounting of business activities according to requirements of the legislation was provided. Detailing of loading of accounting of insurance reserves by agreements led to increase in number of accounting transactions by 4 times that demanded acceleration of data loading by 100 times.

During the project 14 solution components were implemented:

1. Analytical storage,
2. Ledger,
3. Mashina of postings,
4. Processor of business events,
5. Tax accounting,
6. Cash documents and transactions,
7. Bank documents and transactions,
8. Management of business activities,
9. Material accounting,
10. Accounting of RBP and DBP,
11. Settlings with advance holders,
12. Settlings with buyers and suppliers,
13. Accounting (financial) records of insurance company,
14. Tax declarations.

Ensuring integration of Diasoft Insurance Finance into several LIFE CAPITAL systems became an important stage of the project.

In the project with CAPITAL the LIFE command of Diasoft got experience on setup of the detailed accounting. In our practice of work with insurance companies of the tasks connected with such extent of detailing of accounting still was not.
