2019: Project completion on reconstruction and equipping by the engineering systems of the building of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in Ufa

On August 1, 2019 the LANIT company reported that INSYSTEMS completed reconstruction and equipping by the engineering systems of the building of the Central Bank of Russia in Ufa.

According to the company, an object was constructed on site the administrative building of department of National bank across the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Specialists INSYSTEMS performed demolition of the existing building and built the monolithic steel concrete building including the automated storeroom, the premises of point of sale and also the premises of recalculation, sorting and utilization of old notes on its place. The building is equipped with all necessary engineering systems: heating and ventilation, heat supply and power supply, water supply and water disposal, fire protection systems and security systems, structured cabling systems. Between buildings the covered transition for consolidation with the point of sale located in the neighboring premises was constructed.

Reconstruction of the adjoining historical part of the building which is an object of cultural heritage is carried out. During reconstruction re-planning is executed, ladders are reconstructed, the technology elevator is built-in, bathrooms and other necessary premises are built. Electropanel board is also constructed, the existing thermal point is reconstructed, the new system of a drainage is created.

On a preparatory stage of construction in the adjacent territory about 1 hectare on-site networks were shifted: lines of a system of the guaranteed and uninterrupted power supply, low-current networks, the stormwater drainage system. Based on work to employees INSYSTEMS it was thanked officially the Ural head department of the Bank of Russia.

The characteristic of the project can be considered accomplishment of complex installation and construction works in the territory of the operating department. During all construction bank technology processes were not interrupted for a minute, and we had to demolish the building with a total structural volume more than 21 thousand CBM, to export all construction debris, to hammer tongue-and-groove barrier of a ditch, at separate stages to conduct continuous filling of concrete. Besides, it is the regime territory, and high access control acts on it that assumes serious requirements to the personnel working at an object. Mikhail Polyakov, the deputy CEO told INSYSTEMS

We are glad that successfully completed this difficult project which began long before that moment when the contractor came to the building site. I believe that in no small measure it was promoted by the constructive dialogue with the contractor which allowed to resolve quickly all difficult situations arising at construction. As a result of reconstruction the volume of storage of the storeroom is increased by 20%, at reduction of the total area of storage in two operating points of sale for 60%. It allows to reduce the number of the points of sale functioning in the territory of Ufa. Production capacities of department are increased: on processing of banknotes — for 35%, on destruction of old banknotes — for 72%. Modern technologies will allow to optimize logistic schemes of the Bank of Russia on transportation of cash at the intraregional and interregional level, to increase performance and reliability of technology processing of banknotes and coins, quality of cash in circulation in the territory of Bashkiria, to increase the level of cash services of credit institutions, to lower storage costs of bank notes.
