Automation of a logistics center in the Moscow region, Elektrostal, with an area of ​ ​ about 4,000 square meters. m;

Automation Project:

• Logistics center in the Moscow region, Elektrostal, with an area of ​ ​ about 4,000 square meters. m.;
• Address storage (dynamic)
• all operations are performed using RTSD;
• About 20 data acquisition radio terminals are used simultaneously;
• Data exchange with 1C Enterprise 8 based enterprise system using YARUS API.

Features:

• Features when considering ultra frash products (shelf life, maturity, caliber)
• Continuous delivery of products from greenhouse units in real time
• Work with production specifications (peculiarities when considering packaging, raw materials)
• Handling of measuring goods (floating weight), multidimensional pallet accounting (number of packages, net weight, gross weight)
• Integration with measuring equipment (load balance, platform)
• Automation of auxiliary operations ("slinging," work in progress)
• Integration with ERP, exchange of documents and reference information in real time using YARUS API

Implementation effect:

• Centralized management over the entire warehouse as a result of automation of all warehouse operations, a single management window.
• Increase warehouse turnover and decrease scrap rate by obtaining real-time information on current balances in the context of batch properties (maturity, gauge, shelf life)
• The human factor is excluded - the system itself issues commands to perform operations according to the specified algorithms and use address storage in the warehouse.
