2025: Integrated Automation

JSC "CHEAZ" is one of the largest electrotechnical enterprises of the Chuvash Republic, a key participant in the industry cluster and a supplier of electrical equipment for industry and power of Russia and foreign countries. As part of the project, the task was to comprehensively automate the accounting of production, warehouse, procurement, sales processes and quality control functions.

Before the start of the project, the company used the 1C: UPP system, which did not provide an operational reflection of production operations and did not allow automating the processes of the quality control department. This led to delays in obtaining information about the balances and a decrease in the controllability of production.

Raitek DTG LLC was chosen as the implementation partner. Based on "1C:ERP. Enterprise Management "created a single integrated information environment. Control units of NSI, procurement, production, warehouse logistics, sales, cost calculation, regulated accounting and quality control were implemented.

For production, specialized workplaces have been developed for forming orders, managing production stages, accounting for serial products, cutting metal and barcoding. For the planning and economic unit, tools for calculating the planned cost price have been introduced, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise.

Automation covered 500 jobs with a headcount of more than 2,400 people. As a result of the project, the transparency of production processes has increased, the control of inventories and costs has been improved, and resource management has become more efficient and efficient.
