Chelyabenergoremont is included into CIS of the head company from the ERP

The Optima group completed SAP ERP implementation project in JSC Chelyabenergoremont, the press service of integrator reported on June 24, 2013.

Start

In 2012 there was a need to include "Chelyabenergoremont" in the common information space of Fortum group organized in SAP ERP. Implementation practically of all modules SAP ERP caused need to finish a system. Automation of the main activities of "Chelyabenergoremont" was undertaken by Optima Services Ural.

Autumn start

Work on the project began in September, 2012 and was carried out in several steps, including preproject assessment of implementation, setup of a system and input of a new organization unit in commercial operation in the general CIS of JSC Fortum.

Project implementation promoted the solution of a key task of the customer - integration of activity of "Chelyabenergoremont" into a uniform information circuit of JSC Fortum, unification of the majority of business processes and increase in transparency of business that is emphasized with parent company as one of priorities.

Readiness

SAP ERP technologies helped to automate operation of the financial and economic block, the management and engineers of separate workshops, services of personnel, sales office and supply. In total specialists of Optima Services Ural create more than 60 new user places.
