Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant implements a monitoring system of economic indicators of commercial service for mobile employees

The Malachite company completed development and deployment of the software solution the KS Screen for the mobile staff of Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant company (ChTPZ).

Solution

In October, 2011 with the Malachite company the idea of "The mobile center of the head" – the program providing access to the key total indicators of commercial service by means of any electronic device day and night from any place in the world is implemented.

At the first stage of implementation of the Mobile Center of the Head project, the "Screen of commercial service" allowing to see key indicators, whom more than 30 in a foreground mode was implemented: balance of cash flow, shipment and inclusions on the biggest customers, etc. reports. Reports are updated daily and repeat on a certain algorithm. Besides there is an opportunity to watch online production process by connection of webcams to producing departments.

Result

At the Moscow office TD "Uraltrubostal" four screens to which the corresponding indicators are brought are located. On the first the name of an indicator, for example, accomplishment of the management plan of regional sales on inclusions is displayed (any other indicator is possible); on the second - an indicator in digits, accomplishment of the plan as a percentage, with color indication: green says about accomplishment of the plan, and red that management is in a risk zone, shows lag from planned targets; the third represents a table part where information undersigns in more detail (for example, the tonnage according to the plan and to the fact, the forecast of inclusions for a month); and the fourth gives graphical representation of these data in the form of the chart or the diagram.

Opinion

Information accuracy, efficiency and convenience of its receiving thanks to the Mobile Center project is one more advantage of ChTPZ company. And it is not simply convenient, thus is shown that the company keeps up to date, and often and advances market demands, the staff of the enterprise customer noted.
