Implementation of the AIS "Infopro: Settlings with consumers" in Chelyaboblkommunenergo

At the end of April, 2014 the first stage "Setup of a System and Input in Trial Operation" on the project "Implementation of automated information system "of INFOPRO was completed: Settlings with consumers" for JSC Chelyaboblkommunenergo - the enterprise of power infrastructure and municipal services.

The developed system provides respect for the following basic principles:

• Openness. A system uses the public and specified solutions, protocols and interfaces that provides integration of the created solutions as among themselves, and with external information systems.
• Modularity. A system is constructed using the modular architecture meaning implementation of basic functions in the form of the separate modules providing a possibility of their independent modification. Failure in work of one of modules does not lead to complete cessation of functioning of a system in general.
• Scalability. System architecture allows to increase performance of subsystems, volumes of the stored and processed information without long stop of work and considerable modification of a program code of a system.
• Controllability and configuring. Mechanisms of management provide management of the created system at all levels of its architecture: at the level of infrastructure, at the function level, at the presentation layer of data.
• Systemacity. All interconnected subsystems of the created system use uniform methodology and answer the uniform principles of interaction, reliability and management.

The software package allows to bring calculations into accord with the operating techniques of calculations of consumers of thermal energy and the WAN on the basis of the normative reference information and flexible configurations of calculation procedures; control receivables of consumers; unify information and increase transparency of business processes of the enterprise; reduce the cost of transactions and also raise the service level of consumers.

A system is put into trial operation in the Kopeisk and Magnitogorsk filil and also on sections Emanzhelinsk and Dolgoderevensk.
