On August 4, 2014 it became known of an implementation project of software ST Chicago in JSC Cherkizovo Meat Processing Plant (ChMPZ).
Project Results
"Field" staff of ChMPZ also received tablets with a mobile part of the solution "ST Chicago" that allowed to create quicker orders in sales points and to send requests directly to the accounting system of the enterprises in real time.
The program provided to "field" personnel access to relevant stock balance, sales histories, receivables, data on the carried-out actions, new products and the other information necessary for adoption of operational solutions.
Alexey Busel, the project manager of Cherkizovo Group|We should integrate all own trading houses and our distributors — this year it is more than 50 companies — in a single information network, to automate work of 700 "field" employees and to receive all possible data for the reporting, planning, forecasting and development of sales.
Development of the project through a game
In 2016 Cherkizovo Group carried out implementation of the geymifitsirovanny automation system of sales of SalesBoostSystem (SBS) to business processes of "ChMPZ".
Thanks to gamification, we increased not only the involvement of employees of commercial blocks, but also execution of standards in regions to 98-100%. It gave sales growth for 9% over the created trend already during the pilot. The approach developed by us motivates personnel to develop in the company and also provides the environment and tools for increase in competences. The competitive element is created due to the system of ratings and ranks, at the same time "selling" KPI "are still tied" on material motivation. All non-material motivation is converted into cryptocurrency which can be spent for OZON.ru. Every two months comes time of H when employees with the lowest rating according to the results of the period leave both a game, and the company.
