2023: Building a Seamless Digital Infrastructure

CM.Expert, part of Авто.ру and Yandex Verticaley, on June 27, 2023 announced that it had become a technological partner of the CHERY and OMODA brands.

SEE E-xpert has created a technological infrastructure that allows importers and dealers to build end-to-end digital interaction. Now the CHERY and OMODA dealerships will be able to fully automate the cooperation process, including the maintenance of trade-in turnkey transactions - from digital document management to the issuance of documents and full-fledged analytics of the dealer's stock using artificial intelligence. More than 300 CHERY and OMODA dealerships throughout Russia have already joined the development of CM.Expert for June 2023.

With the CM.Expert solution and a specially designed interface, dealers can work with the distributor in a "single digital window" format: you no longer need to fill out document forms in different channels, and in the near future the system will independently process the downloaded file, recognize it and complete the required form. The dealer will only have to check it and send it to the importer.

The technology infrastructure of CM.Expert allows you to evaluate cars using artificial intelligence. Due to machine learning, dealers can quickly analyze the online market and set the most relevant and competitive price of the car - according to preliminary data, the dealer's benefit can be an additional 3-4% of the cost of the car.

The CM.Expert solution helps to coordinate sales in all regions of presence: at any time to find out what is happening with the car in stock, assign and control pricing, adjust marketing indicators. In addition, the product gives dealers the opportunity to speed up the car redemption procedure several times thanks to process automation.

Expertise of our teams and Yandex technologies help the manufacturer coordinate work with the network of dealerships, and the dealers themselves - significantly improve business processes. Through the partnership, CHERY and OMODA dealers can obtain aggregated information on business metrics and analyze pricing. Also with the help of CM.Expert - manage the warehouse of cars, for example, control turnover and marginality. Built-in analytical tools allow dealers to build a more efficient model for selling used cars.

For a more comfortable and "soft" introduction of the product into the processes of interaction between the importer and dealers, experts from the CM.Expert Academy thought through the entire immersion cycle: they launched customer service support and developed a special educational course to get acquainted with the platform. For three months, 1.3 thousand employees of the CHERY and OMODA dealerships have already been trained at the Academy.
