On July 24, 2018 the Comindware company announced implementation of the solution for control automation by corporate training in Chubb.
As it was reported, Comindware provides digital Low-code the platform for enterprise management. At the heart of the platform - management business processes (BPMS), cases (ACM), tasks plus social interaction. Among the solutions developed on the platform - sales management (CRM), tasks and instructions, work with suppliers (SRM) and also MDM, ITSM and many other process applications.
According to the company, a system for effective management of corporate training is already created, beginning from formation of content of training, its planning and budgeting before control of results of training. The implementing solution Comindware allowed HR department of Chubb to increase considerably the speed of creation of training courses in the company, search of suitable trainers and rates at foreign market and also primary training of new employees.
Thanks to success of the first stage of cooperation, the broad spectrum of HR processes of the company, such as management of personnel document flow, onbording, assessment and employee assessment, and many other things will be in the short term automated.
