Gazprom space systems puts a data archive in order

On December 27, 2013 the company Citeck announced the beginning of trial operation of a single system of electronic archive and document flow on the platform EDMS Citeck iDocs in the company "Gazprom space systems".

Project Results

The implemented solution is created on the basis of own development of the company Citeck – EDMS Citeck iDocs on the platform Alfresco and helps to solve a problem of transfer of large volume of technical documentation Gazprom space systems of JSC archive to an electronic form, to support the consolidated ordered storage of large volumes of data.

Existence of such functions as stream input of data and recognition of a barcode considerably accelerated process of mass loading in the system of electronic images of paper documents, and the built-in functionality of electronic document management provides process automation of preparation and approval of documents within conducting contract and purchasing activity.

The single system of electronic archive and document flow gives ample opportunities of search of the necessary information and provides the high level of security, thereby forming the unified protected information environment for work of users with documents of the company.
