In Megion the single system of management of FHD based on software "Parus" is implemented

"Parus corporation" in July, 2017 announced that in Megion (KhMAO) the uniform city management system for financial and economic activity based on software "Parus — the Budget 8" is created. 540 employees of the city administration and 52 budgetary institutions work with the software product: economists, accountants, specialists of personnel divisions and departments of supply and also Finance department and regulatory authorities.

On a response of the customer, use of a single system on the scale of all city allowed to reduce housekeeping overheads and IT infrastructure.

Standardization of accounting on the basis of use of uniform settings, the normative reference information and rules of working off of documents provides reliability and comparability of credentials. Today the uniform base contains data on 20 thousand employees of organizations, 17 thousand agreements and contracts, and the number of economic transactions reaches 10 million. System operation is constructed by the principle of single information input and its repeated sharing by adjacent divisions that reduces labor costs. Heads of organizations and the staff of regulatory authorities apply the service of multidimensional reports which is built in Parus to the analysis of profitable and account indicators of organizations with a necessary depth of detailing.

According to the results of the project the speed of formation and data of the quarter (annual) reporting increased, quality of training of reports in the conditions of the become frequent changes of structure of the regulated reporting increased. Besides, more accurate and operational carrying out updates of a system taking into account relevant regulatory requirements is implemented. Control automation by the public (municipal) procurements allowed to increase purchase planning accuracy due to control procedures which do not allow placement of incorrect information on purchases.

Parus is integrated with EIS (Unified information system) regarding document transfer on purchases according to law No. 44-FZ and also with the municipal system of budget implementation of AS Budget — regarding transfer of receipt and issue bank documents, contracts, notifications on limits and financial provision of organizations.

In plans for 2018 — transition to the web version of a system Parus and also connection of Personal Account of the User service using which employees will be able to see the personal data, to create pay slips and other documents relating to them.
