Installation of four "smart" stops

Four "smart" and warm stops appeared in Khanty-Mansiysk - it is a part of the complex project of improvement of the urban environment using technologies of "The smart city" which the city administration implements together with JSC Rusatom Infrastrukturnye resheniya (RIR, is included into ROSATOM State Corporation), what the last announced on December 28, 2020.

Pavilions are set near district clinical hospital, on Mira Street around entertainment center of Langal and at Liberty Square. For December 28, 2020 they are connected to networks, and in several days brought into operation and connected to the Safe City system within the Digital Economy of Russia national project. The manager will watch in real time what occurs in the pavilion.

Stops are equipped with the Wi-Fi-module, connectors for charging of phone and – on them it is possible to look with interactive screens with protection against vandals where there is the necessary bus and also to obtain information on weather, to study the map of the city, the guide and the city poster.

Collected stops in Novosibirsk and carried to Khanty-Mansiysk on automobile platforms. These four warm "smart" stops – pilot, by August 1, 2021 in the city will set nine more, already taking into account notes and wishes of citizens.

Other direction of the project is devoted to creation of the barrier-free environment for people with restrictions of health.

Khanty-Mansiysk one of the first was engaged in the equipment of apartments for inhabitants with special needs. In 2020 such apartments were received by two citizens. Standard projects of apartments which specially adapt under needs of residents depending on their restrictions – violation of a musculoskeletal system, a hearing disorder or sight – at the request of city administration too were created by RIR. Projects include a number of requirements, for example, broad passes and drives, barrier-free entrance group and convenient ways of the movement in the building – including, using tactile, sound, light pointers are obligatory. In rooms the possibility of an entrance on the wheelchair to vacation spots, furniture and home appliances is provided. People with disabilities will be able to use furniture and the equipment without assistance. Kitchens and bathrooms are equipped so that residents could be independent.

Two more directions which within the complex project the administration of Khanty-Mansiysk in the future is going to develop, – increase in efficiency of the municipal government by digitalization and development of tourist information services.

Project implementation plans of improvement of the urban environment

"Rusat Infrastructure solutions" (RIR, is included into ROSATOM State Corporation) announced on November 18, 2020 that together with Administration of Khanty-Mansiysk improvements of the urban environment using technologies of "The smart city" implement the complex project.

Pavilions need not just to be equipped with cameras of outside and internal video surveillance, the image should be integrated into the Safe City system, – the mayor Maxim Ryashin emphasized.

Until the end of the year the first four pavilions will appear on the central streets – Mira, Gagarina and Komsomol. Since December 1 specialists of RIR will begin installation, the firm basis and all necessary utilities for their installation is already prepared.
