In 2016 in City administration of Kirovsk of Murmansk region the pilot project of implementing solution on planning and project management of Rubius Project Manager started (the module in composition of management of design data the Pilot: PGS.

Premises and project tasks

Lately much attention is paid to optimization of public administration. The state does a big rate on increase in efficiency of project management in executive authorities through creation of project offices. For this reason before City administration Kirovsk of Murmansk region there was a problem of automation of project activity and choice of a system of project management which would allow to plan projects and the course of state programs, to issue instructions and to trace the course of their execution.

Product Selection

After the research of the domestic automation systems of project activity presented at the market the choice was stopped on Rubius Project Manager. It was promoted by a number of its characteristics:

• Entry into the register of the domestic software
• The developed planning tools and control of execution of instructions/tasks
• Differentiation of access rights to information between the staff of different committees and departments

Implementation Progress

Kirovsk undergoes pilot implementation of Rubius Project Manager in City administration. According to the mayor Vladimira Dyadik, the main objective of implementation of Rubius Project Manager is optimization of activity of city administration due to process automation of issue of tasks, instructions in electronic form and automatic control of their execution.
