2018: Implementation of Elarskan and AIS "ELAR-archive"

On October 24, 2018 the corporation ELAR announced implementation in archive of administration of Lipetsk the hardware and software system consisting of planetary scanner Elarskan A2-400 and automated information system ELAR-archive (AIS ELAR-archive). Using a professional scanning equipment the Archive is going to digitize the most demanded documents independently. The AIS ELAR-archive will allow to accelerate considerably execution of requests and citizens' appeals, to lower labor costs of archivists and to ensure safety and safety of documents due to creation of fund of use on electronic media and replacements with electronic copies of the documents withdrawn from circulation.

The archive of administration of Lipetsk is engaged in storage, a complete set, accounting and use of documents of local government authorities, municipal enterprises and organizations, documents of liquidated organizations, etc. The archive for October, 2018 supports 1,361 fund numbering over 170,000 cases of managerial documentation, documents of personal origin (letters, memoirs, diaries, etc.), cases on staff, a photo and audiovisual documents.

The delivered Elarskan of A2 will allow the staff of archive independently in a planned order to digitize the most demanded documents and to load them into a system for execution of requests of social and legal and thematic character. The information retrieval system assumed to implementation at the second stage in 2019 will provide to individuals and the organizations remote access via the website of Archive to explanatory notes and electronic copies of documents. It will allow users to receive the qualified help and online access to electronic copies of documents of Archive from any point of the country and to seriously facilitate processes of registration, control and execution of all requests.

In city archives there are documents connected with organization activity, working or working at the territory of this city. The main loading of archive — ensuring access to documents and execution of requests of physical persons and legal entities. Implementation of a hardware and software system on the platform of the AIS ELAR-archive which accelerates registration of requests and exercises control of their execution at the scheduled time became the first step for archive of Lipetsk. The next step is connection of the AIS to MFC and the Gosuslug portal that will allow to increase a share of municipal services which are performed through My Documents network and to perform more than socially important, thematic, paid services. 2015: Delivery and installation of equipment for document storage

On January 15, 2016 the ELAR corporation announced equipment of Archive control of city administration of Lipetsk of the equipment for document storage.

Stationary racks were delivered and mounted in the new premises intended for the organization of document storage within activity of Archive management of Lipetsk.

The volume of the documents accepted by us in recent years considerably increased, including at the expense of documents on staff, and Archive management 800 square meters of the additional area were provided. Experts of ELAR helped us to develop effective planning solution in which the compactness of storage and convenience of access to documents are balanced. This year we equipped the new premises with twelve stationary racks and we hope that next year we will manage to buy mobile racks for document storage.
