CompanyMedia in City administration of Nizhnevartovsk

In 2004 implementation of system modules of electronic document management of CompanyMedia there began partners of InterTrust company — Praymgroup LLC. Further all implementations and updates were carried out already by forces of specialists InterTrust.

In an electronic document management system of city administration more than 500 government employees work. At the same time a system provides possibilities of the distributed work — structural divisions of administration are placed in 18 buildings in different districts of the city. About 900 thousand documents are stored in a system. The number of the documents entered in a year (entering of outgoing, internal, organizational and administrative documents, agreements, citizens' appeals) approaches 150,000.

Technical specialists of city administration aim to use as much as possible opportunities which CompanyMedia gives for optimization of management of documents. In 2012 works on transfer of a system on (then the freshest) the version — 3.6 were carried out, and quite recently the management of the city had an opportunity to participate in work with documents using iPad tablets — on them mobile jobs of iDocs were set.
