Description

Due to the increase in paper document flow there was a need of implementation of the automated electronic document management system. For the solution of this task the software product of 1C Company "1C: Document Flow 8 PROF" was purchased.

The choice of the software product was caused by the following reasons: the solution "1C: Document Flow 8 PROF" easily adapts under specifics of activity of specific organization, completely correspond to the current legislation, there is a possibility of multi-user work. As the partner in implementation the RITs-1C company - Competence Center on document flow of 1C Company was selected from Yekaterinburg which positively proved during the work on similar implementation projects.

In November, 2013 a system was brought into operation. 10 jobs are automated. As a result of implementation of the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF software product the following functions were automated:

• Registration of the entering, outgoing, internal documents;
• Office-work;
• Work with files;
• Processes of the movement of documents;
• Accounting and control of execution of instructions;
• Reporting;
• Maintaining archive;
• Use of stream scanning;
• Differentiation of access rights.

In a project deliverable of implementation of the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF software product the following results were received: duration of document registration was considerably reduced, now all documentation is registered directly in a system where all documents in electronic form are stored, time of approval of documents was reduced, the quality of work of personnel increased.
