On October 30, 2014 the AT Consulting company announced implementation of the information system "One Window" in two multifunction centers of Yekaterinburg.
Project Tasks
"When choosing an information system for automation of MFC we considered simplicity of installation, setup and operation. The information system is intuitive even to the beginning user, does not demand from him any special skills and knowledge. A system allows to train in work of new operators of MFC quickly enough. The solution implemented by us has the minimum infrastructure requirements and a cloud computing architecture. For operation of rather normal computer with the web browser and Internet access", – Natalya Zmeeva, the director of MBU MFC MO "city of Yekaterinburg" told.
Project Progress
The IT system of AT Consulting company helps to simplify and accelerate problem solving, rising before the staff of MFC.
The IT system gives the chance to citizens to order state services electronically and to receive them in one of MFC.
"We integrated the One Window system with basic elements of the electronic government. In particular, integration with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) will allow to send documents of applicants from MFC to authorities via secure channels of communication in electronic form. It considerably will increase the speed and quality of providing state services", – Stanislav Sirazhev, the commercial director of AT Consulting branch in Yekaterinburg noted.
Project Results
The multifunction centers of rendering the public and municipal services are open in Yekaterinburg on September 29 and on October 22, 2014. Along with opening in MFC automated information system "One window" meeting requirements of the federal legislation of Russia began to work.
For October 30, 2014 citizens can receive any of 48 municipal services in the directions: real estate and housing questions, education and others. For convenience of visitors the electronic queue allowing to receive via the electronic terminal the coupon in which are specified day, time, number of queue and number of a window for the request for service works.
