The Committee on Education and sciences of administration of Novokuznetsk automates accounting

On June 19, 2014 it became known of an implementation project Parus Budget 8 in an IT environment of Committee on Education and science of city administration of Novokuznetsk and automation by this project of the centralized accounting of the customer servicing more than 300 industry organizations.

Project Results

A common information space helped to reduce dates of receipt of operational data on financial and economic activity of organizations, to increase workmanship of contracts, expense control of divisions and subordinated organizations online. Timely updating of uniform standard qualifiers provides relevance of accounting and observance of requirements of the legislation.

A system considers industry specifics of activity. Are automated:

• accounting of food,
• accounting of information on the children visiting preschool institutions
• accounting of a parent service fee.

The centralized architecture simplifies electronic interaction with external systems. In particular, are provided unloading of data in electronic form in territorial Inspectorates of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and departments of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, import of payment orders from the system of treasurer service of Financial management of the city of Novokuznetsk.

Project Results

Nadezhda Avilova, the chief of MBU "The Centralized Accounting of Committee on Education and Science of City Administration of Novokuznetsk", told: "It is important for us that the information system not only covers requirements of the centralized accounting in terms of functionality and ensures simultaneous smooth operation of a large number of users, but also quickly processes large data arrays. For example, when calculating the annual turnover sheet a system operates with hundreds of thousands of records, creating the sheet by analytical accounts on five levels of analytics in only several minutes. In general I want to note considerable cost reduction of time for accomplishment of accounting work: the number of the executed manually, unproductive and duplicative transactions decreased, input of primary documents is systematized. Seriously possibilities of formation of different analytical reports extended. Due to increase in efficiency, reliability, completeness and convenience of formats of data view the quality of information basis for acceptance of management decisions increased".

The project is implemented by regional division of "PARUS Corporation" and Regant Company LLC.

In the PARUS Budget 8 system used in architecture of the uniform server for June 19, 2014 about 450 users work.
