2021: Digitalization of M&R processes

In March 2021, Desnol Soft announced the automation of the asset management unit in two production complexes of the Commonwealth agricultural holding - in Svetly , Kaliningrad Region, and in Smorgon (these facilities were selected as pilots). The project lasted about a year and a half and was implemented in two lines. During the project, the solution "1C: TMAR Technology maintenance and repairs of equipment 2 KORP" was implemented with modifications to the business requirements of the Sodruzhstvo Group of Companies, integration with the I&C data monitoring system was completed, users were trained to work in this system.

According to the company, after performing work at pilot facilities, Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies continued to independently replicate to production facilities in Kursk (Russia), Paraguay and Turkey. As of September 2021, specialists of Sodruzhestvo-INFO LLC independently continue to develop a repair management system, implementing the integration of 1C: TOIR 2 KORP with 1C: Payroll and HR Management (for transmitting personnel information) and with 1C: ERP (for using the MTO unit).

The scale amounted to more than 26,000 repair facilities. The objects of repair were equipment for the production, transportation and storage of soya, extraction cake, vegetable oil. 250 workplaces are automated.

In 2019, cooperation between the Commonwealth and Desnol Soft companies reached the next stage. We were interested in more realistic planning, the transition to management based on accurate data, the creation of an end-to-end information system that will connect the production sites of the Commonwealth Group of Companies in different countries of the world. We needed to automate such units as accounting for monitored indicators, recording defects and investigating incidents.
